Setting number field as currency, phone number, social security, etc. on interview#128

I know we can use code to manipulate numbers on the document templates, but it would be great if the number fields on the interview could already be formatted as desired.

Example: Clients see a long string of numbers when they input currency values. With no commas, it’s difficult to see if the number they typed is correct.
