User Management#176

S

Currently can only activate/deactivate users. Add the ability to manage each user’s account to remove workflows from their account after a certain time period (e.g. 30 days). The purpose is to prevent the user from using their workflow to create new documents for others, and thus avoid paying for the new documents.

Hi @Shirley.businski,

Do you just want to control which workflows users are able to take? If so, you may find our Workflow Assingnment feature useful. This allows you to assign workflow for users to take (not edit), and you can revoke a user’s access at any time. You can read more about this feature here.

Is this what you had in mind, or are you looking for something else?

Thank you, Caitlyn. I reviewd the link you sent about revoking access and I am not sure if it would accomplish what we are trying to do or not.

First of all, we are not assigning workflows to anybody. People will get to the workflow they want to run from our website. We have no idea who these people are until they start a workflow and create their account. Does this fact eliminate this option?

Can we revoke a user’s access to their own workflow AFTER they have run the workflow, so they can no longer EDIT their own workflow? That is the crux of what we are asking for. But we do not want to block them from ever running that workflow again, we just want them to have to start at the beginning and pay the fee, and not be able to keep editing their own workflow to create documents for other people without paying the fee. Does that make sense?

I’d also like to be able to delete a user entirely and revoke invitations

I would also hope to just have the basic add/delete function, where you can just immediately Delele a user.
