Reference a nested repeating item#195

In workflow creation, multiple choice questions now give the option to reference a repeating item. When using this feature, nested repeating items can be selected in “Use options from”, but they do not appear when the workflow is run, so the functionality to use them is missing. It would be nice to have this functionality.

In Builder 2.0, the nested repeating item values are not an option in a subsequent question that wants to reference the list. For example, a “children” repeating item has a question “does this child have children?”, which allows for entries in a nested repeating item for the client’s grandchildren. In a subsequent multiselect, single select, etc., we want to reference the list of grandchildren but there is no option to.
