Allow CSV variables to be used in Invisible Logic

This would be so helpful! We have lots of county-specific data that I would like to be able to display to users during the workflow. The easiest way to maintain that data is in a CSV. But right now I can’t show or hide pages or questions based on what county people select from a CSV variable. It really limits the utility of CSV variables.

YES, PLEASE!!!! We use Gavel workflows for several fee calculators (for different types of matters). When we adjust our billing rates each year, we have to make multiple changes in multiple workflows. We are looking for ANY way to simplify that process!
