WYSIWYG Editor#261

I would like to be able to more easily format text when creating a workflow rather than have to use Markdown language or a CSS to do that. This would be just a basic editor like I have seen in other programs (e.g. bold, italic, underline, bulletpoint, number list, font colour etc.).
