Data Manager: Add new "Completed At" column#294

It would be nice to be able to scan Data Manager for a visual cue and see which workflows have been completed with a date/time stamp in addition to the Created At and Updated At info…. so, a “Completed At” column with a date/time stamp triggered when a user completes a workflow and clicks to submit at the very end.
