Ability to import or convert a form built with Gravity Forms to make it a Gavel workflow#305

R

Hi there. I build some complex forms in WordPress using Gravity Forms. There are good reasons for building them with Gravity Forms. Sometimes it’d be helpful to have them replicated within Gavel, and then linked with Zapier, so someone at the WordPress end can obtain a document download created with Gavel. The issue I have is that some of my forms are so long or complex that replicating them in Gavel manually is a real drag. Do you think an import or conversion tool might be a runner? Or could Blueprint help with this in some way (it’s easy to get a document contain all Gravity Forms form field names for example)? Or do any of the ‘automator’ people on your books have experience with Gravity Forms, so they could look at the form in the WordPress installation and easily manually build an equivalent in Gavel? Thanks :)

Hi Richard - Great suggestion! If you have a document with all of the fields inside, you can throw it into blueprint, and it will give you a workflow with all of those questions. Give it a try, and let us know how it goes.
