Conditional Bundle Pricing#306

Allow to set the price on a Bundle based on conditional logic, either by
1 - setting up different values based on clients selection in the workflow
2 - Allow to enter an actual workflow variable as the price (if the variable is a number), so that we can set up ourselves the IL around the price
