Client can ask a question about how to best answer a question while taking questionnaire#347

Example: An immigration firm sends a questionnaire to a client that has complex questions. Despite the help text, a video explanation, and clear instructions, the client still has a question about how best to answer or fill out that particular question. It’d be nice to have some kind of messaging capabilities within the platform so the client can ask the firm about how best to complete certain questions, etc.
