Copy questions to another workflow#38

If questions 1, 2, and 3 in workflow A will be similiar to questions 15, 16, and 17 in workflow B, allow a builder to simply copy questions 1-3 in workflow A directly to workflow B. Allow the builder to arrange the questions within the workflow appropriately by asking after/before what page the questions should be inserted.
